As you are aware, the TCCCPR guidelines and framework is aimed at providing an enhanced and equipped eco-system to curb the problem of Unsolicited Commercial Communication (UCC) or spam calls and messages while also providing an opportunity for the brands/enterprises to connect with the customers in a more meaningful and relevant way. All the Operators have deployed and invested in the DLT platform which is already live from 1st June 2020.

All the Operators will now commercially go live with DLT from 1st August 2020 From this date onwards, All Domestic A2P SMS traffic will be charged at an additional DLT Scrubbing charge of INR 0.025 per message* that is submitted to the DLT platform. This charge will be in addition to the existing SMS charges which are agreed between us
